Health disclaimer
Sattva brings together Traditional Chinese Medicine, meditation and psychology to support wellbeing. We work alongside conventional medical care, never instead of it.
Information, not diagnosis
The content on this website, including the balance reading, is for general information and reflection only. It isn't a medical diagnosis, and it isn't a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor or mental health professional. Don't delay seeking medical care, or stop a treatment you've been prescribed, because of something you read here.
Traditional practices
Concepts such as yin and yang, qi, tamas, rajas and sattva come from long-standing traditional and contemplative systems. We use them as frameworks for reflection and practice. They aren't clinical diagnoses.
Herbs, teas and practices
Herbal formulas and teas can interact with medicines and aren't suitable for everyone. Tell your practitioner, and your doctor, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or take any medication. Breathwork and movement practices should be adapted to your health. Stop and seek advice if anything feels wrong.
Practitioners
Every session is led by a practitioner trained in their discipline. Their credentials are available on request before you book.
